鳥インフルエンザ / Bird Flu

ここインドネシアの滞在も残すところ1週間弱になりました。さて、インドネシアでは鳥インフルエンザの人への感染が多いらしく、今年の1月時点で感染者が７９例、このうち死亡例が６１例となっているそうです。死亡率が計算するまでもなく異常に高いです。インドネシア政府発表では鳥インフルエンザの感染はいまだに拡大を続けており、引き続き注意が必要との事。

I will stay here Indo more 2 weeks. By the way, a bird flu infection rate in Indo is much higher than other countries, the governor announced that there are 61 fatal cases out of 79 infected patient at January 2007. The governor therefore notified that the nation should continuously pay attention to bird flu.

という事で、ジャカルタから車で西に1時間半ほど、チレゴン（Cilegon）という街で撮影した写真です。どうです、なかなかの雄鶏でしょう。毛並みも素晴らしいです。ちなみに、ただ食べる為に飼われております。

The picture was taken at Cilegon, where is located at West of Jakarta and is taken 2 hours by a car. The roostr looks very good, he is being kept to be eaten only...

こちらは雌鳥です。こちらも素晴らしい外見ですね。
The hen has also good looking.

で、こういう感じで普通に家の軒先に放し飼いにされています。撮影後にこの鶏写真のお店の中に普通に入って行ってしまいました。政府と一般住民の鳥インフルエンザに関する温度差が感じられますね。

インドネシアのレストランにて / Indonesian Local Restaurant

たった、今しがた美味しいスープ・イカン（インドネシア語で魚のスープ）を昼ご飯に食べてきました。注文したのは、スープ・イカン、ご飯、空芯菜の炒め物、小エビの揚げ物です。出てきたのはまずご飯です。こんな感じの茶色っぽい紙が器の代わりです。皆で取り分けます。

Just now, I took good soup "Sop Ikan" (Indonesian Fish soup). I ordered the soup, rice, fried water spinach, and deep-fried shrimp.

続いて空芯菜の炒め物と海老のあげもの。これだけで満足ですが、やはりメインはスープです。
These are fried water spinach, and deep-fried shrimp.

魚は白身の魚です。空芯菜か春菊かどこぞの道端に生えてる草とも似つかない、野菜が沢山入ってます。加えて小さい青唐辛子が大量に入ってます。これが辛さの元です。酸味はカボスのような小さく青いものから取っているようです。味ですが、一言でいうと最高！辛いのですが、魚の出汁が効いており酸味もタイのトムヤンクンスープほど強くなくさりげない酸味です。白身の魚も臭みはほとんど無く、本当に美味しいものです。

Ingredients were fish - perhaps cod - water spinach, ginger, hot green pepper, some citruses, etc etc... taste was really fantastic, actually this was very hot soup but fish, citruses and green made good smell and deep taste.

空芯菜と海老を皿に乗せ、ご飯をむさぼりつつスープを飲んだり、ご飯にかけたりと食べているうちに、汗がジワリと出てきます。特にあの小さい唐辛子を噛んだ暁には、もう終了です。汗は噴出すわ、鼻水はでるわ、舌は麻痺するわで、大変この上ありません。僕は辛いのは比較的大丈夫なほうですが、3個目くらいに噛んだのが、まさに大当たりの（特に辛い）ブツだった為、これでもかという位汗をびっしょりかきました。

because the soup was very hot, I sweat during the lunch time... and accidentally I chewed a small hot green pepper, then I sweat all over...

ちなみに、スープとご飯とお茶とフルーツジュースを6人前、海老と空芯菜が3～4人前ずつ。これで1人当たり50000ルピア（約700円）ほど。安いですなぁー。

We ordered the soup for 6 persons and other foods for 3 or 4 persons, the total cost was 300,000 Indonesian Rupiah (US$5.5). Cheap...

久しぶりです。今日はインドネシアの写真を数枚アップします。
Hello, uploaded some piccies taken in Indonesia.

インドネシアでは洪水が頻繁に起きます。一番の理由は排水の悪さです。とにかく下水道の事なんぞ考えずに無秩序に街が作られているような気がします。その結果下町などではすぐ洪水が起きます。写真は会社の前の田んぼですが、完全に水没しています。

It often happens floods in Indonesia, because of bad drainage designs in town areas. I think the governor has constructed the town infrastructure without taking into consideration drainage system. The picture was taken after heavy rain for a couple of hours. There is completely flooded.

ベルベットのように薄っすらと毛が生えたような表面を持つトンボです。こんなの見た事ありません。

The dragonfly has similar to a velvet surface, I have ever seen.
