米Acabion社のGTBO。最高時速340マイル(約547km)。欧州で183万ユーロ(約2億9,400万円)にて発売予定。エンジンは1300ccのターボ搭載ガソリンエンジンで馬力は750馬力。1300ccで750馬力ってすごいですね。リッター当たり576馬力です。車体重量は700ポンド(約320kg)でスタートから30秒以内で時速300マイル(約480km)まで加速可能。更にすごいのがギアレシオ。ローギア(1速)で時速100マイル(約 160km)まで加速し、時速260マイル(約420km)の時点でも、まだ2速のギアを残す余裕のスピード感だそうで。さらに、電気モーターとのハイブリッド走行性能も備え、市中の走行では電気のみでOK。かなり良さげな雰囲気ですが、事故ったら一発であの世行きな雰囲気も兼ね備えてます。

The GTBO, made by Acabion, is the world's fastest vehicle. It has a top speed 340 mph (547 kmh). The price is 1,830,000 EUR. The GTBO has a 1.4 litre engine (79.3 cu.in.) with a turbocharger, which generate 750 bhp (559.5 kW). This is really amazing, it's 576 bhp (429 kW) per litre! The weight is only 317 kg (700 pound), the GTBO is achievable a speed of 480 kmh (300 mph) within 30 sec. I'm surprised the GTBO's gear ratio, it's achievable a speed 160 kmh (100 mph) by a bottom gear, and it runs at a speed of 420 kmh (260 mph) in a 2nd gear with it s margin. An electronic power source is also equipped, there is no need to use the engine for running in a city. It's greatfull design, but I guess a driver will be instantly passed away when the GTBO faces an accident.

世界で一番早い車知ってますか？こいつです。公式記録時速414.3Km/hの市販車最速記録をもつシェルビー スーパーカーズ社のアルティメット エアロ。V8 6.35Lエンジンにツインターボで1183馬力。トルクは驚愕の151kgfm。ちなみに、ターボブーストは可変式です。妙なのはガソリンです。オクタン価が91を想定しているそうで、日本のハイオクは98から100ほどですから、ハイオクに合わせたCPUにするともっとパワーが出るかも。

The Ultimate Aero is an American sports car by SSC, Shelby Super Cars. The Ultimate Aero has a 6.35 litre (387.2 cu.in.) engine, rated at 1,183 bhp (882 kW) @ 6950 rpm and 1,094 lb·ft (1,483 N·m) torque @ 6150 rpm, and the supercharger is replaced by a twin turbocharger with cabin adjustable boost pressure. The car is designed to use 91-octane gasoline.

こちらはケーニッグセグのCCXR.メーカー曰く『兄貴分のCCXの環境に優しいバージョン』だそうです。エタノール燃料が使えるからのようですが、しかしエンジンはCCXよりパワフルです。1018馬力でトルク108kgfm。最高速度はCCXで395km/hですのでCCXRそれ以上ですか。

The Koenigsegg CCXR is an "environmentally-friendly" version CCX powered by essentially the same twin-supercharged V8 engine but converted to use E85 ethanol fuel.The engine tune in the CCXR is more powerful than that of the CCX, putting out 1018 bhp (760 kW) at 7200 rpm and 781.8 ft·lb (1060 N·m) of torque at 6100 rpm. According to Koenigsegg the CCX has a top speed of 395 km/h (245 mph), accordingly, CCXR has more than that of CCX.

車両価格世界一。エンジンの化け物ぶりも世界一 （多分）。1億9900万円（税込）で300台限定販売中のブガッティー ヴェイロン。W型16気筒 8リットルエンジン＋は4基のターボチャージャーで1001馬力。4輪駆動で最高速度は407km/hだそう。ちなみにクラッチありませんのでAT限定免許の方歓迎です。

The world's highest price (USD 2 million over in Japan) car with, perhaps, the world's crazy designed engine: 1,001 PS (987 hp/736 kW) W16 engine with 4 turbochargers!!!! it is able to achieve an average top speed of 408.47 km/h (253.81 mph). There is no clutch, so limited driving lisense (AT cars only) holders are very much welcome.

グーグル特許検索の最中にこんなブログを見つけました。ネットにはいろんな情報が溢れているものですね。そこから見つけた不思議なフィルム。1000ポンド (約454kg) の重りを載せても破れません。YouTubeのコメントを見ると、このフィルムを何に使うべきかというコメントがでています。

Found an interesting blog, only in Japanese but nice one. In the blog, I was impressed with amazing plastic sheet, it doesn't burst even over 1000lb (454kg) weight putting on. The comments in YouTube suggest what the plastic sheet is supposed to be used.

江戸本手打ち 純銀毛抜き いろは / Tweezers Made of Sterling Silver

毛抜きですがただの毛抜きでありません。江戸本手打ち・純銀・いろはと申します。『1000分の5mmのうぶ毛を抜き取るその性能』という謳い文句ですが、私は実際にそんな毛は気にならないので抜いたことはありません。しかし一度掴んだ毛を離したり切ったりした事はありません。だからなんだという話かもしれませんが、こんなモノもある、という事で。

This is a pair of tweezers made in sterling silver "Edo Honteuchi Iroha". Complete handmade by an artisan in Tokyo. A delivery agency announces that the tweezers are able to remove 0.005mm thickness fluff. I don't have an interest in such micro fluff, so I haven't experienced, but anyhow the tweezers never cut or release whiskers. Guess no one is of interest to the mention above but I just want to post...

チョッパー自転車 / Chopper Bike

なんだこりゃ？こんなの買うんだったらバイク買えよと・・・、というのが第一印象。しかし、これが流行ってるらしいんですね、本国アメリカでは大流行。そのうち日本でも一時のビーチクルーザーのように皆乗りだして、流行らなくなるとどっかいっちゃうんだろうか。欲しい方の為に。上の赤はシュインのスティングレイ20、下のはスティングレイ　スポイラーです。

Suppose the chopper bike will be same as the beach cruiser in Japan, means after the trend has been passed, the chopper bike will be passed away too...
